Trinity Worldwide We would love to hear from you!
A Typical Project

Each time we do a project for a client, we follow the same basic steps. These may vary slightly depending on the size of the project and if we have done prior work for your company.

Pre-contract steps
Before we ask you to sign a contract with us, we work with you to ensure that you understand our recommended course of action, your alternatives, and how much time and money the project will require. We...
  1. Meet with you to learn about your business and understand the work you wish to accomplish and/or the problem you wish to solve. At this meeting, we may suggest possible solutions as well as alternative approaches that you may not have considered.
  2. Write a proposal based on what we learned at our initial meeting. The proposal will include our understanding of your business needs, our recommended technology solution, the benefits of that solution over others, and an itemized equipment, time and cost estimate.
  3. Deliver the proposal and explain the proposed solution. We sit with you to discuss questions or issues you might have.
  4. Execute a project contract with you only when you have agreed to the scope of work, schedule, and price.

Post-contract steps
Once you have signed a project contract, we keep you engaged every step of the way to ensure that the project fulfills your needs and wants and is completed on time and on budget. During this phase we...
  1. Perform the agreed work.
  2. Provide a written statement of how specific changes will impact the completion date and price of the project, if changes are requested by you.
  3. Complete the project.
  4. Train you and your employees on the new technology or process.
  5. Work with you and your employees to secure buy-in of changes in technology and/or work routines.
  6. Secure formal sign-off from you to ensure you are completely satisfied with our work.
  7. Provide ongoing support services at the level and frequency agreed to in a separate support contract, if desired.
